Privacy Policy

Techpack Studio is a free tool provided by Hem Apparel. This page explains what happens to your information when you use it. The short version: we do not collect your tech packs.

No accounts, no uploads

• You do not need to sign up, and we do not ask for your name or email address to use the tool.
• Everything you enter (text, measurements, images, files) is stored only in your own browser, using your browser's local storage (IndexedDB and localStorage). It is not sent to our servers, and we cannot see it.
• Because the data lives in your browser, it can be lost if you clear your browser data or use a private window. Use "Download backup" or export a PDF to keep a copy.

What our hosting provider may see

The site is delivered by Cloudflare. Like any website, its servers process technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in standard server logs. This is used to run and protect the site. It does not include the content of your tech packs.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. To understand how the tool is used, we only count aggregate numbers:

• Page views, through Cloudflare Web Analytics — no cookies, no IP addresses stored.
• A few key actions such as creating a tech pack, the template chosen, exporting a PDF or downloading a backup, together with the visitor's country. Never style names, measurements, images or anything else you enter.
• If your browser sends "Do Not Track", we do not count your actions.

Your files stay yours

Files you save or export (project files, PDFs, CSVs) are created on your device. What you do with them, including sending them to a manufacturer, is up to you.

Children

This tool is intended for people 16 and older.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will be updated.
