By using Techpack Studio, a free tool provided by Hem Apparel, you agree to these terms.
What the tool is
Techpack Studio helps you organise product information into a tech pack. It is a drafting aid. It does not replace the judgement of a pattern maker, technician or your manufacturer.
You are responsible for your content
- Measurements, materials, tolerances and suggestions from the built-in assistant are general guidance. Check every detail with your manufacturer before approving samples or production.
- Only add content you have the right to use.
Your designs belong to you
You keep all rights to the designs and information you create. Your content is stored in your own browser and is not sent to us, so we do not access, use or publish it.
Your data and backups
Your work is saved only in your browser and can be lost (for example, if you clear browsing data). Download backups or export PDFs regularly. We cannot recover data for you.
No warranty
The tool is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hem Apparel is not liable for any loss or damage, including production errors or costs, arising from use of the tool.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, or use it to break the law or infringe others' rights.
Changes
We may update the tool or these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
