Product description

Unisex relaxed pullover hoodie in 400 GSM brushed-back fleece. Double-layer hood with flat drawcord and metal eyelets, kangaroo pocket, 2x2 rib cuffs and hem. Puff print on the chest and a small embroidery on the left sleeve.

Designer notes: Relaxed fit with a dropped shoulder. The hood must stand up on its own — use self fabric for both layers, no lining fabric. Pocket opening must not gape. Measurements are taken after a pre-shrink wash.

1. Hood collapses or is uneven · Hood

Not accepted: Hood layers twist or the two halves are different heights at the face opening.

Correct method: Notch the centre seam and match notches when bagging out. Check hood height on 1 piece per bundle.

2. Pocket gaping or off centre · Pocket

Not accepted: Pocket openings gape open or the pocket sits more than 0.5 cm off centre.

Correct method: Use a pocket placement template and bartack both ends of each opening.

3. Wavy hem or flared cuffs · Rib

Not accepted: Rib attached with uneven stretch, so the hem waves or cuffs flare.

Correct method: Keep the rib ratio and mark quarter points on rib and body before joining.

4. Pilling and lint inside · Fabric

Not accepted: Brushed side pills or sheds lint after the first wash.

Correct method: Test pilling (grade 3–4 min) on bulk fabric and remove lint before packing.
