Product description

Unisex boxy T-shirt in 260 GSM combed cotton jersey. Dropped shoulder, wide 2.2 cm rib neck, cropped length and a garment-washed soft hand feel. Water-based chest logo, two-colour back graphic.

Designer notes: Fit reference: sample TW-TS-2601 proto 2 (approved with comments). Keep the shoulder drop and the cropped length — this is a boxy fit, not oversized. Neck rib must sit flat with no waving. All measurements are taken after garment wash.

1. Wavy or stretched neck rib · Neckline

Not accepted: Rib stretched unevenly during attaching, so the neck waves or flips outward.

Correct method: Keep the rib-to-neckline ratio at 85–88% and check one piece per bundle.

2. Side seam twist after wash · Side seams

Not accepted: Side seam twists more than 2 cm toward the front after washing.

Correct method: Cut on grain and use compact yarn fabric with spirality under 4%.

3. Cracked or faded print · Print

Not accepted: Back graphic cracks when stretched or fades after wash.

Correct method: Cure at 160 °C for 90 s. Stretch and wash test the first 5 pieces of every colour.

4. Shade variation between panels · Fabric

Not accepted: Front, back and sleeves show a visible shade difference.

Correct method: Cut each garment from one roll and bundle by shade lot.
